Interesting Fact for December 2011

The Masai tribe has a weekly ceremony where they dart a cow in the Jugular vein, collect some of the blood and then patch up the hole. They then add the blood to fresh cows milk and drink the mixture. This is part of their staple diet and can only be carried out by the experienced chiefs of the tribe. Something that people dont know normally know, and Clive loves introducing this to them, is that the Masai tribe also let this mixture settle over night. The mixture then thickens like Bloodwors, which looks like jelly, and it is then cut up the next morning and eaten raw- as if you are eating a slice of ham. (Clive recommends closing your eyes when you are eating it. lol)
